Lá Fhéile Pádraig sona duit! or Happy Saint Patrick;s Day! Even though its a wet one here, things are certainly getting greener.

Despite the rain showers I did see the bees buzzing about and back pollen and nectar to the hungry hive. I need to carry out a hive inspection the next warm bright day but looking at the weather forecast, that won’t be for another week at least.

Wet and mud make happy ducks though. You can find little divots in the grass all over the field where the duck’s bills have been looking for tasty nibbles.
